Why Haaland will move to Premier League next season
The striker is being pursued by top teams throughout Europe, but the French coach is confident he will follow the money to England.
Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes Erling Haaland will be unable to resist the lure of playing in the Premier League.
In recent years, the Borussia Dortmund striker has been linked with a number of Europe’s top clubs, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Chelsea.
However, English clubs are not the only ones interested in the Leeds-born player, as Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, and Barcelona have all been linked.
What has been said?
Wenger believes Haaland, 21, will return to his country of birth before long, telling Bild Live: “I think that will happen. The economic power of the Premier League is too strong.
“English football is dominant because it is where the most money is. The best players always go the best way to make the most money.”
